Project Overview
Our team recently completed a comprehensive roof makeover for a body corporate complex in Labrador. After assessing the property, the client received quotes for a metal re-roof, tile re-roof, and full roof restoration — ultimately choosing a complete restoration for its balance of value and longevity.
The project involved a full roof clean, detailed repairs, sealing, and repainting to rejuvenate the appearance and performance of the roof. Several leaks were identified prior to work commencing, which we addressed through a full re-clip, flashing and valley reseal.
To ensure lasting protection, we applied Industrial Roof Coatings’ Platinum Primer followed by two thick coats of premium roof membrane paint in Homestead — a timeless, durable colour backed by a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The result is a watertight, visually refreshed roof with long-term protection and excellent curb appeal for the entire complex.
